This is a restaurant that mainly serves gyoza.
The gyoza was cabbage, shiitake mushroom, perilla, spicy, and chive balls.
Other than the gyoza, I think the only dishes were ramen, zha cai, and scallion oil chicken (umaidori). The restaurant's rule is that each person has two servings of gyoza, so you must eat two pieces.
This time I ordered shiso, cabbage, spicy, boiled dumplings, and umaidori.
The shiso gyoza with a piece of shiso was light and delicious with a nice shiso scent. The spiciness felt like the chili oil was wrapped in the bean paste. If in doubt, ask for shiso. I personally recommend it. One serving is 6 pieces, so even with 2 types, 12 pieces is probably too much for even women to eat.
There were many types of Shaoxing wine and baijiu, so I think those who like it will enjoy it.

When I said that I was making them, I didn't start baking them, but I was saying that I stuffed the dumplings with the filling, so I was surprised that they didn't even make them as raw dumplings in advance!

But since I was born and raised in Kanto, I've been eating delicious gyoza since I was a child, and to put it simply, they're just delicious.

However, the small ramen that I wasn't expecting was delicious again (⌒▽⌒)

Well, it's just the right amount to tighten the belly bread, and the soup actually contains pig's feet instead of chicken! ?

It was quite rich, and even though it's a gyoza specialty store, it was delicious enough to be the star of the show.

I thought about spending the night in the sauna, but the last train still had to go, and I thought I couldn't eat or drink anymore, so I decided to head home (^◇^;)
