In my opinion, the evaluation of the restaurant is all about the taste. I had a pasta(feticine), draught beer, and tiramisu today. They are so delicious that the word like “Ottimo!” isn’t good enough to express my gratitude!
I was lucky to eat without a reservation, mind you, I strongly recommend that you should make a reservation in advance especially when you have dinner on weekends: according to the restaurant clerk, it's full this weekend.

Had the set menu of an appetizer and main with crusty bread. Excellent value. I can highly recommend the scallops with vegetables pasta. Fresh, delicious and light.

Delicious pasta dishes and great service. The building is a bit outdated. An English menu is available but no parking.

Ordered seafood pasta with tomato sauce and it was magnificent. Their homemade butter was very tasty as well. Located near a 2,500 yen per night guest house. Recommend this restaurant for people who wanna enjoy Italian cuisine using local produce during a budget hot spring trip. Most of their meals are around 1,500 to 2,000 yen which is one of the cheapest in the area.
Also, their place is a half renovated ex-bank facility. Remnants from the previous usage can be seen on the interiors, such as an old style safe on the wall.
