Main Dining Room 'Mikasa'

Had the breakfast set menus while staying here. You choose Japanese or Western. Both are set menus. Japanese comes with tea (no coffee, if you want it it will be a separate charge), the Western comes with coffee. Tried both and they were excellent. Service is impeccable too.

French food was good, but not to the level I'd expect for the asking price so to an extent you're paying for the experience of being able to eat in a well-preserved wooden hotel. However the ambience and service are great.

Very nice lunch set with reasonable price. Staff are friendly and patient with non Japanese speaking customers. Will come again to try dinner for sure

The steaks are out of this world. Incredibly tender and delicious. And expensive.
