When I first arrived at Hakodate station, I saw this ramen shop with a long line of people waiting to eat. So I try my luck and visited again in the early evening and there was no queue! Ordered the white miso ramen and the broth was super good. Noodles was springy and there's about 4-5 huge pieces of chashu and there were very tender!

In business for over 80 years! Got the black soup ramen. The soup base tasted ok, not very flavorful, but not salty as many ramen are. The pork slices were average. Liked the al dente thin noodles. The potstickers were a big disappointing, the stuffing was okay, but they were burned on the bottom which resulted in some bitterness taste. Should not have been served as😥. Service was fine.

Quick, clean and cozy. Located on 2nd floor of the station. The price is ok (1,150¥ for Miso Butter Corn Ramen).
