One of the two or three best pizzas I've ever had anywhere in the world. The crust! Thin, light, airy, and clearly the product of fresh construction and baking in a real, old-style pizza oven. The sauce is tangy and flavorful. I chose a Margherita, the simplest and hardest to do right. It was, simply, perfect. Accompanying it, I enjoyed an Insalate Caprese, which was a bit of a gamble in January, but the cherry tomatoes were magnificently ripe and bursting with flavor, and the buffalo Mozzarella was rich and just wonderful. My glass of wine was superb too. Lots of organic options on their big menu. i arrived early in the dinner hour and service was instantaneous and could not have been friendlier. What a nice meal! Highly, highly recommended.
