Niseko Takahashi Dairy Farm Mandriano

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a mushroom pizza that was, without exaggeration, the best I've had in my lifetime. The mushroom flavor was rich and savory, perfectly balanced and utterly satisfying. Equally impressive was their Margherita pizza, which transported me back to the delectable pizza I enjoyed at a ski resort in La Thuile. It's clear that the shop sources its cheese from local dairy farms, and it makes all the difference. Hokkaido is renowned for its dairy products, and this pizza is a testament to that quality. Both pizzas were exceptional, setting a new standard for what I consider to be culinary excellence.

We LOVE the pizzas here. First ate it in December 2022 and been dreaming about it since. Finally get to have it again this year. TWICE IN 2 days!

If you are in the area, you need to try it. The fried chicken was delicious too!

On clear days, Mt Yotei is also clearly visible.

I bit into the pizza and had nothing else to say. Nothing could be said. The cheese is something else. Definitely worth it, one of the best pizza I’ve had.

Nice freshly baked pizza. On a good day you could see Mt Yotei from the window but ours was a snowy day so no view at all.

The pizza is amazing!! The fried chicken is very nice as well, very juicy!
