I made a reservation and visited on a Saturday afternoon near Christmas.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make a reservation for the evening, but during the Christmas season, the lunch and dinner courses were the same, so I started drinking from noon.
The pace of the course is slow, probably due to the emphasis on enjoying conversation, and it takes just over two hours from entering to leaving.
The first two of the three appetizers were cold, but since it was this time of year, I wanted something that was room temperature rather than cold.
Among the courses, I personally liked the appetizer, the white roe truffle, and the meat dish at the end.
The hall is very pleasant and the service is excellent. I had a good meal.
