Akabane is my hometown! Teppanyaki Machan was recommended to me by an acquaintance of mine.
It's located near Akabane Ichibangai, just down an alley from Lala Garden, and surprisingly, even people who live in the area don't know about it.It's a little-known place.

It's a small shop with 16 seats, but it was full until we left!

In addition to okonomiyaki, we also offer fresh grilled vegetables, appetizers, side dishes, and rice dishes. The food came out quickly, so the four of us got carried away and ended up eating way too much.

The snacks `Chinese cabbage sesame salad'' and `grilled potato salad'' were a hit! Crispy grilled cheese on top of potato salad. The Chinese cabbage and sesame salad is also delicious with lots of crunchy Chinese cabbage.

It looks just like an omelet! The scent of mirin and secret soup stock is so soft!♪ It's a beautiful oval shape that can be used as omelet rice by inserting chopsticks.

Delivery is really quick, and I don't get the impression that anything goes wrong.
It's best to go in a group of 3-4 people as there are food signs on the walls so it can be confusing.

This is a delicious Teppanyaki restaurant located one back alley from the arcade in front of Akabane Station.
There is also a wide variety of meat dishes, and I received the Ichibo Steak for 1g for ¥0.
The standard okonomiyaki was delicious, and the tonpeiyaki and hamburgers were also exquisite.
There was a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, so I ended up drinking way too much with the meat, wine, and draft beer.

The prices are reasonable and it's a store I'd like to visit again.

It was my first time visiting this restaurant with four of my co-workers.
I made a reservation for 19:15. It seems to be a popular restaurant as it was fully booked when I entered.
The inside of the store was clean and had a cozy bar-like atmosphere.
The food that came out was `Okonomiyaki'' and `Teppanyaki'' as advertised, and all of them were delicious. I feel like there's nothing wrong with it.
The `Tamagoyaki'' was particularly good. This was a fluffy and melty texture that I don't think I could make at home, and the flavor was great with a good dashi stock.
I ordered two `okonomiyaki'' items: `pork balls'' and `mentai cheese,'' and they both looked good and tasted good. It had an elegant taste. Among the other dishes, I liked the `Oyster Ajillo.'' However, it is very hot so be careful not to get burned.
However, I felt that the okonomiyaki was a little small. It may not be suitable for people who like a hearty taste or are big eaters.
By the way, today's bill was 12,000 yen for 4 people with around 3 drinks per person. I felt it was a good value for money.
I think I will go again 🍺

The best part is the tamagoyaki, and Macchan's tamagoyaki is the most delicious than any other rolled tamago.
