Patisserie Emera

Patisserie Chocolatory Emera was founded in 1969, a 3-minute walk from Tomio Station on the Kintetsu Nara Line.

This shop is run by the second generation who trained in Belgium. It seems that they have elevated their predecessor's goal of making cakes that are close to the local area, and offer delicious sweets that make use of the knowledge and experience they have learned overseas.

I visited on a weekday afternoon.
Although I was worried about the many colorful sweets on display, I ended up purchasing the following sweets.

・Kashkash
・Miyabi
・Claire

Please note that I only have photos of Kashkash because I shared them with an acquaintance.

Kashkash is a so-called petit gateau. The Earl Gray scented mousse chocolate is delicious! Another key point is that there is a bit of kumquat on top.

I also had a bite of Miyabi and Claire, and Claire's is a masterpiece with a rich chocolate that is irresistible. Claire is also an excellent type with a good balance of sweetness and sourness.

The Petit Gateau looks and tastes great, and the staff is very friendly.It's one of the restaurants I'd like to visit again!

It's a take-out shop, but the showcase inside the shop is lined with gorgeous and delicious-looking cakes and chocolate sweets!

What I received today is ♪Emera♪ (?´?∩?｡?•? ?ᵕ? ?•?｡?∩?`?)

It is said that Emera, which the previous owner named after the store, is the origin of the sweets!

A simple cake made of sponge, custard, fresh cream, and seasonal fruits!

It has a very light texture and an airy impression!

If a simple cake like this is delicious, other cakes must be delicious too! (?*?˘?︶?˘?*?)?.?｡?*?♡

So I'm sure I'll buy it again! Also, it's a Saucisson chocolate shaped cutely like a ham, but it was delicious with lots of nuts!

I received the limited time pistachio soft serve ice cream.
It was rich and very delicious.

The cake looks delicious too, so I think I'll buy it next time.

I used a nearby coin park for my car.

A local confectionery shop that has been in business since 1970. The price range of the cakes is a little high, mainly in the 600 yen range. There are some cakes available only on weekends, so I'm looking forward to checking them out. The parking lot is affiliated with the parking lot of a nearby Shinkin Bank, and if you bring your parking certificate, you can receive a 20-minute free parking ticket.

I was hungry so I waited for about 5 minutes to eat the freshly baked waffles while walking around ♪ The crunchy dough was the best and I could eat as many as I wanted 👾
