I went there on a weekday in February. It was cloudy and snowing, but if it had been sunny, we might have been able to see Mt. Yotei.
This restaurant uses ingredients from Hokkaido! My favorite local food. Japan has local ingredients in almost every region. I love that. I ordered the lunch course here. The drink bar had a yogurt drink made at a nearby farm. It was a delicious drink with a very rich and deep flavor. The salad had colorful vegetables under the lettuce, so it wasn't very visually appealing but it was good taste. The scallop and bottarga pasta was delicious.
I went there right after opening, so it was pretty empty. For some reason, there were only Japanese customers:)

Jan 2024- nice atmosphere, wine suggestion was very good, price reasonable for the high caliber of food and excellent service. Flavors were good and less reliant on salt than many other restaurants we went to. Would come again.

We ordered scallops spaghetti and Salmon set lunch. Set Lunch came with salad, soup, coffee and tea. The Mt. Yotei view was amazing at the restaurant. The price was reasonable.

It is a wonderful place to enjoy your lunch. The ambience is fantastic with a good view of Mt Yotei. The food is fine dining with budget price tag. I will visit this place every time I come to Niseko .

I didn’t not realize there was a restaurant here. We came here for the milk yogurt and had the milk custard as well which was the best I have ever had!
