An unforgettable dining experience at this restaurant! The Monja was absolutely amazing; I had the opportunity to try both the seafood monja and cheese monja, and they were delightful. A special shoutout to Chef Genki, who showcased not only his incredible talent but also ensured the service was top-notch. It was more than just a dinner - it was a genuine culinary journey. The menu details the history and thoughts behind the development of the ramen menu, and you can see how much attention they put into developing the ramen menu.
About 10 minutes after ordering, the chicken ramen you were looking for arrived.

The soup is made by boiling down chicken and vegetables, giving it a thick, thick texture.
The noodles made by Asakusa Kaikaro, a master noodle manufacturer, go well with the soup, allowing you to fully enjoy the flavor of the carefully selected soup.
The bay leaf oil used as an accent added an elegant impression, and we thoroughly enjoyed the unique taste and aroma.

The ramen seems to change regularly, so I'd like to check back in the future.

A side dish shop and monjayaki restaurant that opened on February 22, 2017.
The location is within a few minutes walk from Yoyogi Hachiman Station and Yoyogi Koen Station.

When you look at the entrance of the store, it looks like nothing more than a side dish shop, but when you go inside, there are three tables.

This monjayaki is an Asakusa-style monjayaki that is baked without making dote.

You can make senbei rice crackers using the thin scorch produced during baking and eat them as well.

There are many different types of Monjayaki, and the assortment of side dishes is also good as a snack.

You can make a reservation even a few days in advance, but other customers came in at a similar time, so it might have been twice (though not exactly at the same time).

We offer noodles inspired by various shops with our own unique ideas.
We use noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro, and that's probably why we use them.
This month's dish is Chicken House Inspired Chilled Scallion Ramen. It was great!
