This is an unusual style in which the gyoza skin is stretched out after the order is received, and the dumplings are wrapped around the dumplings before being cooked.
The thick chewy skin was very delicious. The fried dumplings had a crunchy and chewy texture, and the boiled dumplings had an even more chewy texture.
You have to order one item per person, but you can go with Perotto.
