Sushi Tsukasa

I asked a restaurant owner for a recommendation and went there for a drink alone. The store is quite busy and you need to make a reservation in advance.
You can feel the skill in each piece of sushi. Very delicious. The blowfish fin sake was also made from tiger puffer fish fins, so it was delicious. Rare grape shrimp is the ultimate luxury.
This is a sushi restaurant where you can feel the professionalism of the sushi chef in each and every item.
I was also very satisfied with the whelk sashimi as I was able to eat it all the way to the liver. High-quality sushi can be expensive, but if you set the price in advance, you can be even more satisfied.
My personal recommendation is homemade mullet roe. It was the first time I could taste the texture of mullet. It was very delicious.

Every dish was outstandingly delicious!
In particular, the tuna from Toi is so delicious that I don't think I will be able to eat tuna from that area for a while.

Most of the items other than the basics are at current prices, and the amount is not written down, but if you ask, they will give you the usual answer.
It was so delicious that I ended up ordering too much, but it was still within my budget (10,000 x 3 per person), and I think the price was very reasonable and the cost performance was the best.

To be honest, at first I was thinking of choosing another famous store, but since I have small children, I decided not to go for it, so I searched and ended up here, and it turned out to be the right choice.
Perhaps due to its location in a bar district, there were many regulars and group customers, and the restaurant was very lively.
I am grateful that I was able to enjoy delicious sushi and seafood even with my children!

5. Appearance and taste
There is nothing to say about appearance or taste.
At this price, you can't ask for more.
It looks delicious even if you look at the photo.
The sushi is a copy.
6. Cost performance
Well, that's great.
You can eat a full meal at such a good restaurant for such a reasonable price.
You won't find a store like this anywhere else.
It's quite conscientious.

Mr. Hishida in Sapporo, where I went the day before, was also of a high level,
This Tsukasa is also of a high level.
I am happy that I was able to eat sushi at these two restaurants.
Even in Hokkaido, you can get this much at this price.
There aren't many restaurants where you can eat.
