Amazing experience, great original teppanyaki with good wine and very nice staff. We reserved via text easily and one of the waiters spoke fluent English helping us out greatly!

Soup potato pork thing is to die for. Really good Meat Croquettes at well!

A popular teppanyaki and okonomiyaki restaurant in Kamata. I've always been curious about this store, which has its main store in Hiroshima and was introduced in Matsuko's Unknown World.

It is located a little north along the railroad tracks from the west exit of Kamata Station. There was a part in the middle where there was a strong building wind (lol)

I've been interested in this place for a while, but when I called on the day, it was often full and I couldn't get in, so I recommend making a reservation in advance.

It's a restaurant where you can enjoy teppanyaki and wine, but what I wanted to try was okonomiyaki. This is what I received today💁

Okonomiyaki made with plenty of kale. The scent of garlic is strong, and the noodles are grilled crispy, giving it an accent. The cheese is then roasted over fire to give it a nice aroma.
Half & Half is interesting because you can enjoy both salt and sauce. The taste is different, especially the okonomiyaki that is enjoyed with salt, which is new and delicious.

I've been wanting to go to this store ever since I saw it introduced in Matsuko's Unknown World.

This is a small shop with 10 counter seats located a short distance from Kamata Station past Kogakuin.
(Reservation required in advance)

There is an iron plate built into the counter, so you can eat the food piping hot after cooking.

You can enjoy teppanyaki and a la carte dishes made with Hiroshima ingredients, and we also have a variety of domestic wines. heaven.

This is a product that was recommended to me by the staff at the store.
Fresh vegetables that are organically grown by grandparents in the mountains of Hiroshima.
Lineup of onions, kolinki, okra, carrots, green peppers, and wasabi greens.
It's fresh and really delicious.

▪︎Grilled red octopus onions
Grilled green onions with lots of octopus and Kannon green onions.
Apparently, they use brown rice flour.
The surface is crispy and you can really taste the octopus flavor.
It's also delicious with lemon ponzu sauce and green onion chili oil for a different taste.

▪︎Burnt kale meat and egg
The main part I was really looking forward to! !
This is an unusual Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki that uses plenty of kale.
Ground game meat is placed on top, then a runny egg is placed on top, and at the end, mayonnaise is grilled to enhance the flavor.
I ordered a half-and-half mix of aged sauce and umami salt sauce, and each taste was different and interesting.

The lemon sour made with Setoda lemons from Hiroshima is very delicious.
The appeal of this store is its wide selection of domestic wines.
I wasn't feeling well that day so I couldn't drink much, but next time I'd like to try different drinks and compare them.

Every menu item was made with great care and was truly delicious!
I wanted to eat more, but the flour was more filling than I expected. lol

Next time I'd like to try more a la carte dishes, so I'll definitely be ordering again.
