It smells good and has a nice firmness to it.
The soup has a strong dashi stock and is delicious.
Furthermore, the flavor of the tendon meat goes well with it.
The tendon meat is finely chopped into bite-sized pieces.
The tempura and rice balls are self-serve, and you will be asked how many you have eaten when paying after your meal.
Although it was made in advance, the tempura was delicious.
At lunch time, there are lines depending on timing, but the rotation was early.
The inside of the store is small, but

I visited on a Sunday after 12:00. I waited 15 minutes outside the restaurant, and then 15 minutes after ordering inside and waiting for the food to come out. Inside the store, there are 2 tables for 4 people and 3 counter seats. The rotation is not good.
but it was delicious. There is another restaurant that I like for Sanuki udon, but this might be the best. I ate udon with tendon meat. The noodles were chewy and the soup stock was refreshing. It's not an easy place to go, but I would like to come back again.
