Ok, I know from the outside, it looks like just another average hotel’s restaurant and yes maybe we were hungry but this place was really delicious! I’m not sure why the sub-4 review.

I love tendons and this place was spot on. They’re also generous on the number of prawns. The udon was good too.

After a long day of skiing, the last thing you want is to either rush to a rsvp or wait in line for a table, this place solves both problems. We got there 5 mins before they opened but they seated us anyway. By the time we left, we only saw two other tables taken.

Parking is easy with lot behind the hotel and across the street. Awesome under the radar option when in the area!

An udon place within a local hotel. Pretty spacious. A good alternative lunch places for skier if you have a car.

1. Udon is ultra al dente, its the flat kind and not your usually round udon;
2. Spring onions are really fresh and fragrant so make sure to eat then all;
3. the rest of the toppings are not bad but udon still the main thing here.

PS. cool udon set looks nice but I didn't order

The potato based udon is worth detour even if you are passing through Kutchan. Given the weather outside, we could not have chosen a better place to stop for meal. A star!!
