This is an underrated “China Cuisine” (The Japanese learned the China Cuisine during the dynasty era, and developed into a special cuisine you cannot find the same in current Chinese region.)

Sauce is the essence of “China Cuisine”, sweet and sour pawn is served with stir-fried bean-chilli paste, which gives and aroma made by the heat from wok. (Wok-aroma)

Dim sum is using traditional method (purely minced meat), you can find the siu Mai made with minced pork, pawn dumpling with only minced pawn.
You cannot find this old-school making method in Hong Kong or Guangdong region (where siu Mai is added with pawn and mushroom, and pawn dumpling is added with bamboo shoot and minced pork). I do believe it is exclusively found in Japan, and you shall never miss.

Sometimes I come here because I want to eat some simple fried rice. Today I made a set (half fried rice) with Dandan noodles. The fried rice here uses ham instead of chashu, and it also has fish paste, giving it a very mild flavor. The rice is also fluffy and delicious. Dandan noodles are also easy to eat with a gentle and mild taste. It was a satisfying lunch.
