A "hidden" restaurant located behind Ito-Yokado, a few minutes walk from Tokyu Musashi-Kosugi Station. When I arrived there, there was no signboard, and I saw an Okinawan restaurant on the second floor. However, if you have the courage to climb the stairs, you will find a wonderful Italian restaurant deep in Okinawa.
By appointment only. Each time each dish is served, the chef gives a detailed explanation. He is very particular about the ingredients and cooking methods, and the color balance with the plates he uses is also wonderful. It is a restaurant that is easy to use for entertaining guests, as it takes into consideration the ingredients that customers are not good at and prepares the dishes without any discomfort. Too bad I failed to take a photo of the main meat dish because it was so delicious.

A hidden gem in Musashikosugi. No wonder it has such high reviews. The chef's dishes are creative and delicious. Although the price is high, I was given the option of leaving it to you. It's Italian, but is it kaiseki? This is the pinnacle of Japanese-style Italian cuisine. The wine is also delicious.
