A very cozy bistro.
Very focus on its strength: the steak and natural wine.
Everything is perfect.
The salad is very fresh; the wine is at good selection; the waitress is very friendly and the most important of all, the steak is sooooo delicious ~ perfect timing, great meat.
The way they let us choose steak deserves other restaurant to copy. The owner chef has already packed the steaks in aluminum foil so the guests have very clear understanding how big a steak they choose.

It’s a small place, so I recommend to make a reservation beforehand. The Japanese chef, who was trained in Paris, has owned this restaurant for 10 years. Everything was amazing, from the wine to the burrata, the steak and fries, and not to forget the amazing moelleux dessert!!
