A wonderful intimate family run sushi restaurant in the back streets of Kyoto. The sushi is amazing. The family that runs their place is gracious and endearing. One of our very best food experiences of our Japan travels.

The most delicious Kyoto style okonomiyaki family run restaurant! Delightful and attentive staff. Try to get a table in front of the chefs to watch them prepare!

Shio (salt) mix yakisoba and Hiroshima style okonomiyaki. Definitely some of the best I’ve had. The place seats more than expected and the service is faster than some other okonomiyaki places. Food is considerably cheap too considering how big each serving is. Each is about a bit over ¥1000.
