Small, cozy restaurant. Reservations are a must on weekends, as it is quite small and the courses are pre-set.
The flavors and presentation of everything was really nice, but I wish they made things freshly themselves, like the bread and pasta. I assumed that things would be made in-house given the price range. I was quite disappointed by the spaghetti in particular. It was really undercooked and could have come out of any store-bought box.

A hideaway restaurant for adults located in a detached house that is difficult to reach without taking a taxi. A pleasant wife and a chef husband. The 4,800 yen dinner course includes 2 types of appetizers (ham, mussels, etc.), 2 types of small pasta, a large piece of meat, homemade focaccia (delicious), panna cotta dessert and tea (your choice).It's filling, and everything is carefully prepared and delicious. The pasta is firm and al dente. It would have been nice to have a salad if I wanted to, but I was satisfied. We also had a glass of wine. The atmosphere was great and it was very nice.

We brought a group of discerning customers from Honshu. The reason I chose this place was because it was close to the airport and had good reviews. You can make some judgments based on word of mouth, but since it was an important scene, I honestly feel like it was a flop. Reservations could only be made over the phone and requests made outside of business hours, which was difficult for people with jobs, but I did my best. We had many requests such as budget, what to provide, time, etc., and the careful communication was sometimes complicated and troublesome, but once we went there, ate, and talked, everything turned into something we were satisfied with. Ta. The amount of appetizers was amazing, the food was very delicious, and they were very particular about the ingredients, so I was very satisfied, and the people I brought with me were also very happy, and I was really glad that I chose this place. I guess it's by default that the pasta was quite al dente. Although I was a bit concerned, this is a store I would like to visit again ❤️ Thank you for your help 😊

It's about 20 minutes away from downtown by taxi.
My expectations were high because it's popular in this location.
It seems to be run by a husband and wife team, so there is a friendly atmosphere and customer service is friendly.
I enjoyed using plenty of local ingredients.
The way the pasta is boiled is unique; it's firmer than al dente, and people who like it will love it! ️
It was a relaxing shop that I wanted to stop by when I came to Hakodate.
