Now, about the food.
I ordered chicken cutlet demi glace sauce. The potatoes and lotus root were just the right firmness, and the chicken cutlet was very filling. It was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a rich meaty flavor. The rice had just the right amount of salt, and thanks to the chicken cutlet, I ate two bowls in total. The rice and side dishes went well together. We finished off with sweets and iced milk tea.
The sweets are Uji matcha parfait,
Matcha ice cream, cream, apricot, and yokan
