Nice restaurant with pleasant atmosphere between Nijo castle and Nijo station. Went there for lunch before going to watch a movie in Nijo station. I enjoyed everything in the formula especially the tomato soup starter and the deep fried fish plate (people preferring red meat can choose meat ball instead (ハンバーグ which seems also really good from I could see on the table next to mine 😄). For an extra cost, you can add a small spaghetti plate which came with whitebait sauce and was really tasty, perfect to share. Panna cotta was delicious. Overall, a really great value for the money ! I will very likely go there again next time I look for a place to eat in the neighborhood.

A delicious and comfortable restaurant. The fish is as fresh as you would expect from a Japanese restaurant, and the duck meat has no odor and is delicious. No matter what you eat, it will be delicious and you can adjust the amount. This is a restaurant that is recommended for lunch as it is a good value.
