Walking to Ninna-Ji Temple required a moment of respite and this was perfectly served by this cute and cosy place. Recommend the Kyo-Bancha tea with their daily special which was cinnamon. Delicious first experience of bancha tea which is slightly smoky. The service was classic Japanese: sweet and courteous and both our waiters spoke English. Five stars!

This cafe is amazing, they serve the best coffee and extremely tasty cakes. We went there a couple of times and always had great time in quiet and sophisticated atmosphere :) The staff speaks English and they have English menu, I highly recommend it for fellow travelers who want to relax in between sightseeing :)

A fine Japanese cafe. The chocolate truffle Mochi is definitely worth a try. English menu is available as well.
